  After reaching age 50, I found it very difficult to lose weight and at the same time, very easy to gain weight. After trying many diets on my own, I finally decided to try Your Ideal Body after hearing such positive things!
  The diet was very easy to follow and I felt results week 1, which was a wonderful feeling! Christine was always very knowledgeable and had some great hints or “pick me up” advice when needed!!
  I have been on a maintenance plan for 18 months and have been able to keep off the lost weight. I cannot thank Christine enough for always being available for every question or concern! She is the BEST!!

  I was always on diets, they just never worked. I would lose the weight and gain it back and on and on. One day I was looking at pictures of My Husband and I while on vacation and I noticed how much weight We had put on. We are not getting any Younger so I really wanted to do something to lose the weight but I wanted something that was really going to work and work for good. Fortunately I ran into a Girlfriend and noticed She had lost quite a bit of weight so I asked Her how She did it. She explained to Me about the Ideal Protein Diet and said to see Christine Dorsey. I spoke to My Husband and He agreed to go for a consultation with Christine. Christine is a Sweetheart and very easy to talk to and any question You have She will gladly answer. Christine described to Us how the Ideal Protein Diet works and We signed up and are so happy We did. Christine is a Great Mentor and sticks with You and Encourages You while You lose the weight,,,,And You do lose the weight. The Ideal Protein Diet is not a Diet but a way to Change the way You eat and look at food, I lost 25 pounds and My Husband lost 40 pounds. We have so much more energy, feel a lot more healthier and HAPPY. Thank You Christine for teaching, showing and being there for us throughout our transformation. I feel good also because I know that Christine will be there for Me or My Husband if We fall off the track and need to get back on.
